If you incur any problems or have any questions concerning merchandise or the status of your order, our customer service team is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.
Canonical and GatewayCDI will occasionally offer gift certificates at no charge for special promotions and marketing events. GatewayCDI reserves the right to cancel these promotional gift certificates at any time for any reason.
Ordering
To order any product featured on this website, simply add it to your shopping basket, then click "Checkout" to start the process. You will be required to setup an account if this is your first time shopping at the Ubuntu Shop. This ensures the accuracy and security of your ordering experience.
Sales tax
Missouri sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders shipping within the state of Missouri, 9.5% for orders shipping within California, and 6.25% for orders shipping within Illinois, also South Carolina 7% and New Jersey 7%. This includes gift orders.
Shipping and handling
Dear visitor - from this site we can ship goods to the domestic US, but unfortunately not to Canada. This is a result of disproportionate customs, freight and special import duties for textile items shipped to Canada from the US, which make them at least twice the normal cost. You may wish to visit our International shop instead. We apologise for this problem, but hope you will understand that we cannot do anything about it.

Inventory
We make every effort to keep all items in stock. However, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. If an item is not in stock we will hold your order until all the goods are in stock, so we can ship your order complete. You will be contacted via email if an item is out of stock.
Warranty / Returns
All merchandise is guaranteed for workmanship and quality for one year from date of purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, please return the item. Send your return, prepaid via UPS or FedEx. CODs cannot be accepted. Please note that software CDs can only be exchanged for the same item.
